80 per cent of Barnet children get first choice reception place

More than 80 per cent of Barnet residents have received an offer of a Reception school place at the school of their first preference.

Barnet Council has been working with the whole school community again this year to create an additional 450 reception places in order to meet 'unprecedented’ demand.
