Pest treatment service

We offer a pest treatment service in residential properties for:

  • rats
  • mice
  • cockroaches
  • pharaoh's ants
  • bed bugs
  • destruction of wasps nests.

Tenants

If you are a tenant your landlord may be responsible for ensuring that the pest problem is dealt with.  Please telephone your landlord or managing agent first.  If they refuse to undertake treatments please contact our enforcement team on 020 8359 7995 for further information or advice.  

Charges

All services are chargeable, with a reduced rate fee available of 35% of normal fee where the head of the household is in receipt of a means tested benefit. There is a call out fee for advice of £20 which is refundable against the cost of treatment. All charges must be paid before treatment commences.

Booking a treatment

All treatments are carried out by appointment using knowledgeable and experienced staff.

We have strict health and safety and environmental procedures designed to enable best results whilst minimising environmetnal damage and risk to pets and other non-target species. All of our staff use non-liveried vehicles and discreet uniforms.

Please be aware that we usually accept a cheque made payable to LB Barnet or cash. If you are claiming a reduced rate we will need the national insurance number of the person in receipt of benefit. Please note that proof of benefit entitlement will need to be seen before treatment is given.
