Benefits are paid for as long as you have entitlement to them. However, there may be changes in the amount of your entitlement, due to changes in your circumstances.
It is also necessary to review benefit claims at certain times and it is your responsibility to return your intervention form within the specified time limit so that your entitlement can continue. In some cases, a Visiting Officer will arrange to call and complete an intervention form at your home.
If you move to another address within the London Borough of Barnet you will need to complete a change of address form
