Regulated theatre performances may only take place in accordance with a <a href="premises-licences.htm" title="Premises licences">Premises Licence</a> or a <a href="index/business/licences-and-street-trading/temporary-event-notices.htm" title="Temporary event notices">Temporary Event Notice</a> under the Licensing Act 2003.
