ReachOut, here to help
We understand that managing bills can sometimes be difficult and this can be for many reasons. We also appreciate how hard it might be to know what to do next. That’s why we’ve partnered with ReachOut, a specialist organisation with a simple aim: to help people find a way forward through any challenge they might be facing, not just financial ones.
ReachOut is not a debt collection agency and they'll never ask for payments. Instead, their empathetic and friendly team, known as Pathfinders, offers a confidential service tailored to individual circumstances. They connect people with charities and organisations that provide free grants, advice and support for financial, mental and physical wellbeing.
ReachOut also works closely with some of our partners in Barnet. They may recommend using our award-winning Financial Calculator to check if you’re entitled to additional benefits. They might also advise you to seek free debt advice through our partners at the Money and Pension Service, or support you with employment via our employment and skills service, BOOST.
Sometimes, we may ask ReachOut to contact our residents directly to see if they can help. We cover their fees, so you don't have to pay anything, and we do this because we care. If you haven’t been contacted by ReachOut but need support, please use our Financial Calculator to find out what help you may be eligible for.
