If we have refused a blue badge application

You can appeal the decision within 30 days of the date we made the decision. You must do this in writing and include:

  • the reason why you feel the decision is incorrect
  • any supporting information from a health care professional not considered before. This should detail your conditions and the impact on your mobility.

You should not re-apply for a blue badge until 6 months after your original application.
