Quality Assurance Officer (Social Work qualified)

With social work practice development and improvement at the heart of our core priorities within Family Services in Barnet, the Safeguarding and Quality Assurance Service has an exciting opportunity for an experienced, dynamic and highly skilled Quality Assurance Officer to help develop and support ‘outstanding’ child focused social work across the workforce. 

Children and Young People’s Wellbeing Practitioner

£30,711.00 - £33,948.00 Per Annum

In line with the government’s priority to increase access and availability of mental health and wellbeing support for children and young people, BICS delivers child centered mental health and wellbeing support by Clinical Practitioners, Primary Mental Health Workers, Children and Young People Wellbeing Practitioners and very soon Education Mental Health Practitioners (EMHP).

The aim of our service is to help identify Mental Health needs and/or emotional difficulties in children and young people at an early stage, provide timely specialist support and signposting to other services post-intervention, thus holding the potential for avoiding more serious difficulties.
