Renewal of vows ceremony
- Births, deaths, marriages and nationality
There is no legal significance to these ceremonies. The renewal of vows ceremony gives any married couple or civil partners the opportunity to mark a special anniversary, have a bigger ceremony than the first time, or simply celebrate their love for each other. Additionally, couples who have been married abroad can share their celebration with family and friends in the UK when they return.
Renewal of vows ceremony will give you the opportunity to reaffirm your vows in front of your family and friends and make special promises to each other. You can choose the wording with far more wisdom, rededicate your rings or give new ones and celebrate with favourite music. At the end of the ceremony you will sign and receive a special renewal of vows certificate.
You do not have to live in Barnet to arrange a ceremony. Your ceremony can take place at one of the approved premises in the borough or at any location, including your home and garden which meets our health and safety requirements.
Please contact us on 020 8359 6400 to arrange for an appointment to discuss your ceremony and fees.
