Public Register for Licensing
Using Licensing Public Access you may:
- view details of all current licences and permits issued by the Licensing department
- view all new applications and check when it was received and how far it has progressed
- search against a property to see what licences and permits are held against it.
Premises Licenses - Licensing Act 2003
When you have found the application, using this information you will be able to contact us to submit representations either for or against a current New, Variation or review application.
At present you will unable to see the type of activities that have been applied for and the days and times involved. If you need information concerning this aspect, please email the licensing department. We are working towards providing the full application details on line in due course.
All other applications
Although you will not be able to comment on applications other than Premises Licences, you will be able to see exactly what has been applied for and what has been granted.
Accuracy of information
Although every effort is made to ensure that the information shown on the register is accurate, some parts of the computerised system may be incomplete. Therefore the information shown on the register should not be used as a substitute for obtaining formal confirmation of any issues relating to an application from the Licensing Department.
No responsibility will be taken for any errors or omissions in the information that may be obtained from Licensing Public Access.
