Comments, compliments and complaints

If you want to share about any aspect of our services please let us know.

You can log a compliment if you think we did something well or complain if you're dissatisfied with our services.

In some cases, we may ask that you request a service from us first, before making a complaint. For example reports of potholes, noise or anti-social behaviour. You can request a highways service at Report a problem or through the Environmental Health Team.

How long will my complaint take to resolve?

There are three stages within the council's Corporate Complaints Policy. Each stage has a different response time, as follows:

  • At Stage 1, your complaint will be responded to within 10 working days.
  • At Stage 2, your complaint will be responded to within 20 working days.
  • At Stage 3, your complaint will be responded to within 30 working days.

Please note: for website security reasons, this form will time out after 20 minutes. Data you add will not be automatically saved beyond this time limit.
