'My Account' customers
Essential works: Fri 6 Jan 4pm to Sun 8 Jan 1pm - affecting council tax and benefits on 'My Account'
Over the past several months, essential maintenance and upgrade activity has been ongoing. This will support the roll-out of an improved online service for Revenues (Council Tax and Non-Domestic Rates).
This weekend, the system will be taken offline temporarily.
While the system is offline, customers won’t be able to update details of their Council Tax or Benefits online, and their My Account will not gather live data from the system.
All other 'My Account' services will still be available as normal.
