Complaints service updates (COVID-19)

COVID-19 - The council’s response to your complaint may be delayed due to urgent operational matters taking priority. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause, we do remain committed to responding to your complaint and will keep you updated and respond to you as soon as possible.

The Local Government and Social Care Ombudsman have also informed the council that currently they are temporarily suspending their central telephone line and their online complaints form. Further information can be found on the LGO website.
