Issue with bills sent from October to December 2021
There has been a technical issue with some of the barcodes that were published in Council Tax bills between October 2021 and December 2021
If you received a bill during this period, we will shortly be re-sending you a new Council Tax bill that will feature your latest balance. Look out for this and check the balance of your new bill, when it arrives.
You only need to contact us if you think your bill is NOT correct and have made a payment via PayPoint throughout this period that is not shown.
If this is the case, please notify us as soon as possible via email at firstname.lastname@example.org including a copy of your PayPoint receipt. Or call us Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm on 020 8659 2000, selecting option 2.
