Finchley Church End Library presents in partnership with RAF Museum London: An evening with Reuben Massiah talking about Pilots of The Caribbean on Monday 1st July 2019

“My story is about warriors.

My story is about fighters

A tale made to remind you

About a group of heroes who came to our rescue”

Black achievement in the Royal Air Force is being celebrated in Pilots of the Caribbean: Flying Colours. See this exciting poetic one man show and ask questions of live artist Reuben Massiah.

It’s a story about warriors, a story about fighters, there were people of Africa, of Caribbean, of Britain who played an important role. To save these isles they gave their blood, heart & souls.

The show, based on the 2013 award-winning exhibition of the same name, charts the 100-year timeline of those who served from the First World War to the present day.

Monday 1st July 2019 from 18.30pm – 20.00pm
