I am instructed on behalf of British Telecommunications plc in connection with a claim being brought for personal injury sustained allegedly due to a defective cover outside CARLISLE LODGE, 82 HENDON LANE, LONDON, N3 1RRTo assist me with my investigations, and in accordance with the Freedom of Information Act 2000, I require copies of the highway inspection records together with all opening/closing notices, defect notices and records of complaints for 2 years prior to 02/02/2024I shall be grateful if you could forward the records to me within the next 14 days.
