Statutory Right to Inspect - The Barnet (Prescribed Route) (No. 3) Traffic Order 2025

As Chair of Grahame Park Residents Association, I am writing to exercise the statutory right to inspect The Barnet (Prescribed Route) (No. 3) Traffic Order 2025 (Permanent) and the Council's Statement of Reasons.The London Gazette Notice 4980926 (published 16 October 2025) states these documents can be inspected at Design Team, 3rd Floor, 2 Bristol Avenue, Colindale, between 9am-5pm on weekdays, for six weeks from publication. I require an appointment to inspect on Wednesday 19th November 2025 from 3PM The following will attend:*Joan Roselie Chair, Grahame Park Residents Association*Councillor Andreas Ioannidis, Colindale North Ward*A Committee member from Grahame Park Residents Association maybe present* As elected representatives of residents affected by this Order, it is appropriate for us to inspect these public documents together to ensure thorough documentation.Please confirm by 5pm today (Monday 17th November):1.Appointment time (we are available from 3PM Wednesday 19th November 2025)2.Contact person on arrival3.Arrangements for obtaining copies (photocopies or photographs) of: oThe sealed OrderoAll schedules and plansoStatement of ReasonsoAny associated documents including the Experimental Traffic Regulation Order No. 3o Legal Basis for Copies:Under the Environmental Information Regulations 2004 and common law principles governing public documents, we are entitled to obtain copies of these documents for legitimate purposes, including informing residents of their rights, verifying restrictions, and potential tribunal appeals or legal proceedings. We are prepared to pay reasonable copying costs if required. This is within the statutory 6-week inspection period (expires 27th November 2025).If the office space cannot accommodate three people, please do contact myself and Cllr Andreas jointly such that we can arrange a suitable meeting room.Please confirm appointment details by 5pm today, Monday 17th November 2025. If I do not receive confirmation, I will call your office or arrive in person at the council building tomorrow morning (Tuesday 18th November 2025) to follow up.
