Received: 27 November 2025

It is our understanding that the following buildings in the borough of Barnet have been reported by Thames Water as misconnected, that is to say that their foul sewage is, through building and building inspection errors, misconnected to the surface water drainage network, and thence directly into the river Brent and tributaries (Dollis Brook, et al). With reference to each of the following buildings, can you please answer the subsequent questions:Quayle Crescent, High Road Barnet, N20 0DYAdmiral Court, 8 Barton Close, NW4 4QDClementine Court, 4 Dollis Park, N3 1HG1 - When was this building constructed?2 - Was this building passed by Barnet's own Building Inspectors, or by a private operator.
