I am writing to request the following information under the Freedom of Information Act 2000. Please provide data for each of the past three financial years, from 2022-2023 to 2024-2025.For children and young people aged 0-25 who are resident in your local authority area, please provide the following information broken down by financial year:1.The number of children with an Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP).2.The number of children with EHCPs attending state-funded special schools (including maintained special schools and special academies).3.The number of children with EHCPs attending independent or non-maintained special schools.4.A breakdown of all independent or non-maintained special schools attended by children from your local authority, including for each school:othe name of the schoolothe number of children placed there by your local authority in that financial yearothe total amount paid by the council to that school in that financial year I would like to receive the response in a spreadsheet format (.csv or .xls file).Thank you for your assistance, and I look forward to your response within the statutory 20 working days.
