Documentation, Audit Trail, and TMO Register for Barnet (Prescribed Route) (No. 3) Traffic Order 2025 (Operational 17/10/2025)

Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act 2000, I request the disclosure of information concerning The Barnet (Prescribed Route) (No. 3) Traffic Order 2025, which came into operation on 17th October 2025 (Announced in The Gazette on 16th October 2025). This request is necessitated by the failure of council officers to produce the sealed legal instrument for statutory inspection during the mandatory six-week period.Please provide the following specific information and documentation:1. Traffic Management Order (TMO) Register and Sealing Status*A complete copy of the internal TMO Register Entry (Traffic Management Order Register) for the Barnet Prescribed Route (No. 3) Traffic Order 2025. This entry must include the official Date Made, the Date Sealed by the Council's Common Seal, and the designated storage location of the original sealed document.*2. Digital Audit Trail and Change History*The complete audit log, version history, and change log from the council's digital system (e.g., ParkMap, TraffWeb, or equivalent legal drafting software) for the legal text, road schedule, and technical metadata related to both the Prescribed Route Number 3 Traffic Order 2025 and the Prescribed Route Number 2 Traffic Order 2025. The requested data must cover the period from September 1, 2025, to November 20, 2025.*3.
