Tutor Pay Rates

I am making a request under the Freedom of Information Act 2000.Please provide the following information regarding tuition services for children funded by the council:1. What is the hourly pay rate for tutors providing home tuition or alternative provision to children funded by the council?2. Is this rate based on the School Teachers' Pay and Conditions Document (STPCD), National Joint Council (NJC) pay scales, or another pay structure? Please specify which scale/point.3. If the council uses agency providers to supply tutors, what hourly rate should those agency tutors be paid after 12 weeks under the Agency Workers Regulations 2010?4. Does the council have written policies requiring agency providers to comply with the Agency Workers Regulations 2010 regarding equal pay after 12 weeks?I do not require any information about specific students, staff members, or agencies. I am only seeking information about pay rates and policies.Thank you for your assistance.
