Under the Freedom of Information Act 2000, I would like to request information regarding noise complaints received by your council for the following full financial years:*April 2022 - March 2023*April 2023 - March 2024*April 2024 - March 20251. Total Complaints Please provide the total number of noise complaints received by the council in each of these years.2. Complaints by Category If recorded, please provide a breakdown of these complaints by the type of noise source (e.g., Domestic, Commercial/Industrial, Construction, Traffic, Animals/Barking Dogs, etc.).3. Outcomes & Dismissal Rates For each year, please provide the figures for the following outcomes:*Not Upheld / Closed: The number of complaints where no Statutory Nuisance was found, or the case was closed without formal action (e.g., "advice given" or "no further action").*Statutory Nuisance: The number of cases where a Statutory Nuisance was confirmed.*Formal Action: The number of Noise Abatement Notices served.Preferred Format: To minimise the cost of compliance, please provide this data in a machine-readable format (Excel .xlsx or CSV) rather than PDF. A simple table is sufficient.Cost Limit (Section 12): If breakdown (Q2) triggers the cost limit, please prioritise Q1 (Totals) and Q3 (Outcomes).
