Dear London Borough of Barnet,May I please request the following information on your provision of accommodation for people who are rough sleeping through SWEP (Severe Weather Emergency Protocol).Could you provide the following information for each time SWEP was activated in the period from the 1st of July 2020 to the 30th of June 2025?1. The date of each night that SWEP was in operation.2. The reason for the SWEP declaration (e.g. extreme cold, heat, storms) 3. The number of women provided with emergency accommodation on each night SWEP was in operation.4. The number of men provided with emergency accommodation on each night SWEP was in operation.If this information is held in a spreadsheet or database format, I would be grateful to receive it in that format. If any parts of this request are unclear, I would be happy to clarify. If this request cannot be met within the cost limits for Freedom of Information requests, please can you provide me with advice and assistance on how I may refine my request.Yours faithfully,David Jones
