Dear Sir or Madam, I do hope this email finds you well. We act on behalf of a gentleman who has sadly been diagnosed with mesothelioma, an asbestos related illness. We are instructed to investigate how he may have been exposed to asbestos. We are requesting information in relation to Hendon Police College/Peel Centre. We are looking to obtain documents in relation to the site namely copies of all asbestos documentation including asbestos surveys, asbestos removal notices and any other documentation relating to asbestos that may be pertinent to our enquiries. We are also interested in obtaining plans and maps of the site. I have spent a fair amount of time reviewing the documents on your planning portal but note they only date back to 1989. I wonder whether you hold copies of the above-named documents for the period 1974 to 1989? If so, I would be most grateful if you could please provide me with copies or let me know how I may obtain/find these documents.
