Thank you for your recent correspondence confirming that the bus lane scheme on Regent's Park Road has been cancelled.I am writing to make a formal request for information under the Freedom of Information Act 2000. Please provide the following:1.The total cost of the scheme, including the full cost of the installation and the subsequent removal works.2.The full engineering reports referenced in the council's correspondence which stated that the scheme was feasible and safe.3.The complete outputs of both public consultations, including all data, summaries, submissions, and analysis.4.Any additional evidence, assessments, or reports used to support the decision to implement the scheme.5.All internal correspondence (emails, memos, meeting notes, and briefings) that reference or relate to this scheme, from initial proposal to cancellation.If any part of this request is unclear, or if you believe that any exemptions may apply, please let me know as soon as possible so that I may refine or narrow the request accordingly.
