Request for Information under the Environmental Information Regulations 2004 (EIR) and the Freedom of Information Act 2000 (FOIA)I am writing to request access to information held by Barnet Council concerning the Beresford Avenue development (including but not limited to Planning Application references relevant to all reports and appeal outcomes of Millen Homes applications: Condition 6, and associated correspondence with Network Rail).As the information sought concerns planning, land use, safety of transport infrastructure, and environmental risk, it constitutes 'environmental information' under Regulation 2(1) EIR 2004.My request should therefore be processed under the Environmental Information Regulations 2004.If any aspect falls outside the scope of EIR, please treat it as a request under the Freedom of Information Act 2000.________________________________________Information RequestedPlease provide copies of the following information for the period 1 January 2012 to the date of this request, unless otherwise stated:________________________________________1.
