We act for Twenty 1Ldn Ltd in relation to the premises at 1277 High Road, Whetstone, London N20 9HS, formerly known as the Bull & Butcher public house and subsequently trading under other names.We are seeking historic plans and drawings showing the internal arrangement and fire exits at these premises in 1998 and earlier.We would be grateful if you could confirm whether the Council holds, in its planning and/or licensing records, any of the following for 1277 High Road, Whetstone, for the period up to and including 1998:1.Plans submitted with planning applications, particularly those showing internal layouts and exits.2.Licensing plans (for public house licensing or later bar/nightclub uses) showing fire exits, escape routes or occupancy information.3.Any officer reports, committee reports or licensing records which identify or describe the means of escape from the premises.If such documents exist, please advise how we may obtain copies (including any fees payable) and whether this should be progressed as a Freedom of Information / Environmental Information Regulations request.We would also appreciate any relevant planning or licensing reference numbers relating to 1277 High Road / Bull & Butcher prior to 1999.
