Dear FOI Team,I am writing to make a request under the Freedom of Information Act 2000.Please provide the following information regarding non-domestic properties within the LB of Barnet billing authority area that are currently claiming empty property rates relief or have been recorded as vacant:Information Requested:1.A list of all non-domestic properties currently claiming empty property rates relief, including:oFull property address and postcodeoRateable valueoFloor area (where held)oPrimary description code or property use classificationoDate the property became empty (if recorded)oDuration of vacancy2.Please filter or identify properties that meet ALL of the following criteria:oProperty use classification: Offices (or equivalent SCat/primary description codes for office use)oFloor area: 10,000 square feet (929 square metres) or aboveo3.If floor area data is not held for all properties, please provide the rateable value which can serve as a proxy for size.Preferred Format: Please provide the data in Excel (.xlsx) or CSV format if possible.I understand that under the Act you are required to respond within 20 working days.
