Please treat this as a request for information under the Environmental Information Regulations 2004.I request the following information relating to highway inspections for Devonshire Road (approach to the bridge/hill towards Pursley Road, Mill Hill):1. The inspection methodology used for carriageway inspections in this location (walked or driven), including route maps, risk scoring systems, and defect identification standards.2. The GPS tracking, time logs, or route verification records for the inspections said to have taken place on:21 August 202323 February 20243. The training records, qualifications and job titles of the officers who carried out the above inspections.4. Copies of internal audit reports, quality assurance reports, or performance assessments relating to highway inspections in this ward/area for the period 2022-2024.5. Information about inspection staff numbers and staffing levels for Highways Maintenance for the period 2022-2024.6. Internal guidance documents describing how inspectors should record defects, thresholds for intervention, and use of the Confirm/MAP16/graphical asset systems.This request does not relate to the ongoing claim or litigation and is limited to environmental information concerning the inspection system and operational processes.
