Please provide the most recent data available (as of December 2025) regarding children with Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs):- The total number of children with a maintained EHCP who are currently awaiting a named school placement (i.e., Section I of the EHCP is blank or lists a type of setting but not a specific school).- The total number of children with an EHCP currently receiving "Education Other Than at School" (EOTAS) because no suitable school place is available.-The total number of children with an EHCP currently on a part-time timetable due to behavioral or medical needs.Please break these figures down by Primary Need (e.g., ASD, SEMH)Refusal & Section 16 Advice:If providing the data for primary need would exceed the cost limit under Section 12 of the Freedom of Information Act, please prioritize providing data for the 'ASD' and 'SEMH' categories only.
