Re: 3 Hillside Grove London NW7 2LS ('3 Hillside')I require the below information for the period 8.9.25 to 23.12.25 from the Chief Planning Officer in respect of:1. An enforcement complaint under no. ENF/1304/25 dealt with by one [Officer name redacted] in respect of proven breaches of condition and the then Planning Consent2. A planning application and decision under ref 25-4418-RCW dealt with by one Bradley Carson (Carson).Definitions:'Written Communications' means any written correspondence whether by letter, text, e-mails, Whats App messages, manuscript or typed notes and/or any other form of written communication'Verbal Communications' means any conversation whether in person, by telephone and/or other similar media This request is in respect of the period above stated for the following :a. True unredacted copies of all Written Communications passing between either and/or [Officer name redacted] and/or Carson and/or anyone within their respective departments and/or the Planning Department and/or any member of the Planning Committee in relation to the matters in 1 and 2 aboveb. True unredacted copies of all Written Communications passing between either and/or [Officer name redacted] and/or Carson and/or anyone within their respective departments and/or the Planning Department and/or any member of the Planning Committee in relation to the matters in 1 and 2 above with the owners of 3 Hillside and/or their professional advisors and/or their builders and/or anyone acting on behalf of the owners of 3 Hillside c. True unredacted transcripts of all Verbal Communications passing between either and/or [Officer name redacted] and/or Carson and/or anyone within their respective departments and/or the Planning Department and/or any member of the Planning Committee in relation to the matters in 1 and 2 aboved. True unredacted transcripts of all Verbal Communications passing between either and/or [Officer name redacted] and/or Carson and/or anyone within their respective departments and/or the Planning Department and/or any member of the Planning Committee in relation to the matters in 1 and 2 above with the owners of 3 Hillside and/or their professional advisors and/or their builders and/or anyone acting on behalf of the owners of 3 Hillsidee. As regards Carson full true unredacted transcripts of Verbal Communications or Written Communications with his manager and/or other senior personnel authorising to proceed to make a decision notwithstanding that the Statutory Notice was neither placed near 3 Hillside (confirmed by Carson as outside no. 9) nor in place for the required 21 days thereby debarring potential objectors.f. Evidence was submitted that no Statutory Notice was in place as of 3 December 2025 but Carson had already granted consent and ignored such evidence - please provide the identity with true copies of any Written Communications and/or Verbal Communications authorising a breach of Barnets statutory duty by that person and true copies of Carson's notes whether handwritten or otherwise showing his decision making process in breach of duty.g. As regards Carson full unredacted true transcript of Verbal and/or Written Communications with his manager and/or other senior personnel and/or anyone on the Planning Committee authorising him to make a decision to grant permission when the objections made by my clients had not been posted on the planning website thereby depriving potential objectors of sight of objections who in any event were further disadvantaged by the Statutory Sign above not being in place for the full 21 days.See attached letter
