Under the Freedom of Information Act/Environmental Information Regulations please could you indicate:(1) Which decision led to the 'recent update to the Executive Director Growth Scheme of Delegation' which in turn led to the responsibility for updating the Brownfield Land Register being given to the Director of Growth?*(2) Why the Brownfield Land Register on the Open Data portal mis-maps some addresses to the wrong ward and what steps are undertaken to identify and correct any errors before publication?**(3) When a new Brownfield Land Register will be published (given that the version available on Open data is now over 3 years old and errors have been identified)?* This quote is sourced from documentation associated with the 21 October 2025 Council meeting, Item 16.2: Monitoring Officer 'Constitution Review' Pdf, specifically Table no.4, 'Part 2B and 2C - Terms of Reference of Committees, Section 16 - Terms of Reference of the Strategic Planning Committee'. The pdf is available here: https://barnet.moderngov.co.uk/ieListDocuments.aspx?CId=162&MId=11859&Ver=4 **See: https://open.barnet.gov.uk/dataset/brownfield-land-register-249xe Appendix 1: Appendix 1 - BLR 2022.pdf E.g. Row 5 of the BRL on the Open Data portal suggests that Planning Reference F/04474/14 (for Granville Road Estate, Granville Road, Childs Hill London, NW2) is in Burnt Oak Ward. This is obviously incorrect. It is possible that there may be more errors of the same type or a different type which need to be addressed.
