Telephone Kiosks, Advertising and Public Highway Use

Under the Freedom of Information Act 2000, I request the disclosure of the following information relating to telephone kiosks and advertising infrastructure located outside the Costa Coffee premises on the High Road, North Finchley, London N12, specifically on the pavement immediately outside Costa Coffee (Unit 813 High Road, London, N12 8PR) at the junction of Lodge Lane and the High Road, North Finchley (N12).1. Planning / Consent for Telephone KiosksPlease provide:a) Records showing when planning permission, highway consent, or any other form of council approval was granted for the installation, retention, replacement or relocation of any telephone kiosk(s) at the above location.b) Copies of any:planning applicationsdelegated decisionsofficer reportshighways licenceswayleave agreementsrelating to telephone kiosks at this site.c) Confirmation of whether council records indicate what type of kiosk(s) have stood at this location over time, including whether a red K6 telephone box was ever installed at this site.2. Red K6 Telephone Boxes - Adoption or RefusalPlease provide:a) Any correspondence between British Telecom (BT) and the London Borough of Barnet between 1980 and 1995 relating to:the removal or replacement of red K6 telephone kiosksoffers made to the council to adopt, retain, relocate or purchase K6 kiosks (including offers at nominal cost)b) Any internal council documents, reports, committee minutes, emails or officer notes referring to decisions not to adopt or retain K6 kiosks.If no such records are held, please confirm:whether they were ever heldwhen they were destroyedunder which records retention policy3.
