St Mary's school zone

I have filled in the online questionnaire but I have a specific question that I would like answered. The road closures will displace traffic from the proposed roads to the surrounding roads, including Clifton Avenue. There is no published impact assessment of the impact on the surrounding roads and no cost benefit analysis published explaining why the council believes the benefits outweigh the costs. I believe that the impact on my road will mean that Clifton Avenue, Church Crescent and other nearby roads will get more traffic as a result. If vehicles cannot go through Dollis Avenue onto Dollis Park, they will circumvent this by going through Clifton Avenue or Church Crescent. What is the justification for this extra traffic? Fewer parking spaces in and around St Mary's will also mean that more vehicles will seek to park in the surrounding streets. What analysis has been done of this and again, what evidence do you have that benefits are likely to outweigh costs? Please send me either as an attachment or a link to a published document that contains your detailed impact assessment and cost benefit analysis of these proposals. Please send this asap as your consultation closes soon.
