Under the Freedom of Information Act 2000, I am requesting the following information for the 2025 calendar year (or the most recent available 24-month data period if 2025 data is not yet fully audited). Parking EnforcementThe total number of Penalty Charge Notices (PCNs) issued for parking-related contraventions between 1 January 2024 and 31 December 2025.The total financial value (in GBP) collected by the council from these parking PCNs during the same period.Cycling EnforcementThe total number of fines or Fixed Penalty Notices (FPNs) issued by the council (or contractors on behalf of the council) for cycling-related offences (e.g., cycling on pavements, contravening "No Cycling" zones, or red-light violations where applicable) between 1 January 2024 and 31 December 2025If the council does not administer these fines directly, please confirm if enforcement is handled exclusively by the Metropolitan Police.Social Housing ValuationThe current estimated total market value of the council's entire social housing/residential property stock from 1 January 2024 and 31 December 2025 (or the most recent valuation for the Housing Revenue Account).If a total market value is unavailable, please provide the "Existing Use Value for Social Housing" (EUV-SH) as recorded in the council's most recent annual accounts.Lists of council-owned property with itemised value. Housing Capacity and OccupancyThe total number of residential units currently within the council's social housing stock (Capacity).The total number of these units that are currently occupied (Occupancy).The total number of units currently recorded as "void" or vacant as of 31 December 2025.I would prefer to receive this information in an electronic format, ideally a machine-readable spreadsheet (e.g., .xlsx or .csv).If this request is too broad or exceeds the cost limit, please provide advice and assistance as to how I might refine my request, as per your Section 16 obligations.I look forward to hearing from you within the statutory 20 working days.
