I request the following information in relation to the Avondale Avenue Play Street scheme for 2024, 2025, and the proposed continuation in 2026.For each document disclosed, please include the date of creation and the officer, department, or role responsible, where this information is held.1. Decision-making authority and governance1.Documents identifying who held delegated authority to approve, renew, or continue the Play Street scheme in each year, including any scheme of delegation or officer authorisation relied upon.2.Any decision records, officer reports, briefing notes, internal assessments, or recommendations prepared in support of approval or continuation of the scheme.3.Records of any involvement by elected members, including:obriefings provided to councillors;orepresentations, comments, or requests made by councillors;ocorrespondence between councillors and officers relating to the scheme.4.Confirmation of whether the scheme was treated as:oan officer-delegated decision; oroa member-led or politically sponsored initiative,together with any documents supporting that classification.2.
