Hello, I am writing to request information under the Freedom of Information Act 2000.The purpose of this request is to support transparency and public understanding of planning case decision outcomes, especially whether planning policies are applied consistently and in a uniform manner across comparable cases, particularly in relation to applications that are refused, referred to Planning Committee, or otherwise subject to enhanced scrutiny, review, or escalation within the decision-making process. The Council's online planning portal does not allow filtering or exporting of applications by case officer, otherwise this information could be obtained directly from the public register.I therefore kindly request the following information in relation to planning applications handled by [Officer name redacted] in their capacity as a planning officer at the London Borough of Barnet.Please provide the information in spreadsheet format (e.g. Excel) if possible, with one row per application and the following fields:Planning application reference numberDate the application was validatedCurrent status or final outcome (e.g. approved, approved with conditions, refused, withdrawn)Whether the application was referred to Planning Committee (yes/no)If referred to committee, the committee decision outcomeWhether an appeal was lodged (yes/no)If an appeal was lodged, the outcome of the appeal (if determined)I am not seeking personal data beyond what is already associated with publicly available planning application records, nor am I seeking opinions or performance assessments. The request relates solely to administrative records concerning case allocation and decision outcomes.If any part of this request is considered exempt, please provide the remainder of the information that can be disclosed and explain which exemption has been applied.I look forward to your response within the statutory timeframe of 20 working days.
