Release of decisions, minutes, notes, emails, or any other recorded business of Barnet Council pertaining to the hoisting of British and English national flags by persons unknown from public property and infrastructure across the London Borough of Barnet - whether in Conservation Areas, areas subject to Article 4 Directions, or any other part of the Borough. Include any responses to members of the public who have raised the matter with any part of the Council.
