Public Toilets

We would like to request all data held for 2024 and 2025 for the following points: 1.A list of all male, female, gender neutral and disabled public toilets covered, managed, cleaned and maintained by the council2.The Street Name or Location of where these male, female, gender neutral or disabled public toilets are located3.Any cost charges applicable for using these male, female, gender neutral, or disabled public toilets4.The actual recorded times male, female, gender neutral and disabled toilets were opened and closed each day (the physical time they were opened and closed, not just the advertised times)5.The number of times each male, female, gender neutral and disabled public toilet has beena.Cleaned, checked, refilled and replenished dailyb.Deep cleaned in each year6.A list of the times each male, female, gender neutral and disabled public toilet has been closed, never opened at all on a day, or out of order by instance, the time period they were closed and out of order for, and the reason for each instance7.The amount of times each male, female, gender neutral or disabled public toilet has been vandalised, damaged or forced out of order by members of the public8.The amount of times each male, female, gender neutral or disabled public toilet has suffered from faults, wear and tear, and general plumbing issues requiring repair or replacement of facilities9.In respect of points (8) and (9) above, a summary of the damage/vandalism/issue and the timeframe taken from reporting or noting of the issue to repair10.In respect of points (8) and (9), the cost of each instance to the council of restoring, repairing, or reinstating facilities to working order11.The number of complaints and a summary of each complaint received about public toilets to the council split by:a.Facilities (or lack of)b.Closuresc.Cleanlinessd.Damage/non-working itemse.Anything else that does not fall into the above categories with a summary12.For all male, female or gender neutral toilets, a breakdown of which has baby changing facilities13.For all disabled toilets, a list of what accessible/disabled features each toilet has
