I am writing to request confirmation of the enforcement status relating to my property at 15 Porte, Greatfield, London NW9 5TA.Specifically, I would be grateful if you could confirm whether, to date:- any formal enforcement action has been taken against me in relation to this property;-any civil penalties, prosecution, improvement notices, prohibition orders, or management orders have been issued; or- the property has been subject to any formal findings of non-compliance beyond the HMO licensing process itself.For clarity, the property was granted an Additional HMO Licence on 16 May 2025 (Licence Reference: HMOL/24/00471), and I have cooperated fully with the licensing process and any inspections required.This request is made to ensure my records are accurate and complete.
