Under the Freedom of Information Act 2000, please confirm whether the Council has produced, adopted, received, or is otherwise party to any white paper, strategy document, policy paper, or similar document relating to the long-term leasing (five years or more) of residential property or residential blocks from private sector landlords, including arrangements for temporary accommodation or general needs housing.In addition, please confirm whether the Council has entered into any framework agreement, memorandum of understanding, or similar strategic arrangement with one or more private sector counterparties relating to such long-term residential leasing arrangements.If such documents or arrangements exist, please provide copies of the documents, in full or in redacted form where necessary, together with confirmation of:(a) the date they were entered into or adopted;(b) whether they are binding or non-binding;(c) their duration; and(d) whether they commit the Council to lease any properties.If the Council considers any part of the documents exempt from disclosure, please provide the non-exempt portions and cite the relevant exemption(s).
