Section 106 Obligations for street, covered or any local markets protection

I am writing under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 to request information on Section 106 (S106) planning obligations relating to the protection or regulation of local markets in your borough.Information Requested:1.A list of all S106 agreements from 2010 to the present that include provisions relating to markets, traders, stalls, or market infrastructure.2.For each relevant agreement, please include (if available):oPlanning application reference numberoSite addressoName of affected market(s)oDate the agreement was signedoType of market-related provision (e.g. financial contribution, space provision, trader relocation, rent control, business support)oAmount of any financial contributionoAny recorded variations to the agreementoCurrent status (e.g. fulfilled, ongoing, unfulfilled)3.The legal entity responsible for monitoring/enforcing market-related S106 provisions.4.Copies of any relevant planning policies, SPDs, or guidance on market protection via S106.5.Infrastructure Funding Statements from 2017-18 onward, showing any market-related S106 expenditure.Definition (for clarity):'Market' includes outdoor street markets, covered or indoor markets, and schemes related to trader relocation, stall provision, or market layout/management.Exclusions:This request does not cover farmers' markets or temporary markets operating under licence, or general town centre or public realm improvements with no specific market focus.Preferred Format:If possible, please provide the information in a summary table with links to relevant S106 documents or planning reports where available.If the cost of responding is likely to exceed the appropriate limit under the Act, please let me know so I can refine the scope accordingly.
