I am writing to request copies of the planning permission(s) and all associated planning conditions relating to the Dwight School London Junior School site at 49 Woodside Avenue, N12.The Junior School is understood to provide education for children aged approximately 5 to 11 years. There is an outdoor yard/garden area used in connection with the school which adjoins residential properties, including our property [Address redacted - under GDPR data protection].In order to understand the lawful planning status of the site and the authorised scope of its use, I would be grateful if you could please provide:1.Copies of all planning permissions granted for the Junior School at 49 Woodside Avenue, including any permissions relating to outdoor play areas or yard space.2.Copies of all planning conditions and obligations attached to those permissions.3.Clarification of the approved use of the outdoor yard, including which age groups are authorised to use it.4.Details of any conditions governing the nature of permitted activities in the yard (including whether ball games are authorised).5.Details of any conditions governing the hours during which the yard may be used.This information is required in order to assess whether the current use of the outdoor yard is consistent with the approved planning permissions and conditions for the Junior School site.I would be grateful if you could provide the above documentation and information at your earliest convenience.Yours faithfully,
