I am writing to make a request under the Freedom of Information Act 2000.Please provide copies of the following information relating to the alleged footway damage outside 13-15 Stockton Gardens, NW7, and the subsequent recovery action:- The original complaint or complaints received regarding the footway damage, including the date and time each was logged - Any inspection notes, reports, or internal records created in response to that complaint - All photographs taken by council officers or contractors in relation to this issue - Any internal correspondence, notes, or case records relating to the decision to attribute responsibility for the damage to 13 Stockton Gardens Personal data may be redacted as appropriate.
