Mini Round about on Claremont Road and Pennine Drive NW2

I am requesting the decision making process as regards to the installation of the mini roundabout on Claremont Road junction with Pennine Drive NW2 under the Freedom of Information Act. I believe the consultant took place back in 2023 and I would like to find out how the decision was made to install the roundabout.
