Please outline how many penalty charge notices have been issued in the new Underhill South Controlled Parking Zone in its first month of operation and their value (whether revenue collected or not).Please provide the equivalent figure for the Barnet Hospital zone in the same period for comparison purposes.Please explain what issues have been faced by Barnet Council in the transfer from NSL to APCOA and how these have affected implementation in Underhill South.
