Enforcement action for air pollution

I am writing to request the following information under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 and the Environmental Information Regulations 2004:Since 1 January 2010, please provide details of any enforcement action taken by the authority in relation to air pollution or emissions to air from commercial or industrial premises, including:- the name of the company- the date of the enforcement action- the type of action taken (e.g. notice, prosecution, civil penalty)- the value of any monetary penalty issued (if applicable)- a brief description of the breach or offenceIf no such enforcement action has been taken during this period, please confirm this.If this request is too wide or unclear, I would be grateful if you could get in touch to advise how it might be refined.
