Received: 20 January 2026

How You have consulted Blue bad holders in relation to the change to access whether or not you have considered exemptions for Blue badge holders what impact assessment you have made with regards to qualities impact assessment that you have required to do as a statute of duty that can impact people in the ways that this traffic update is.You refer to disabled pedestrians in your website about this update where you can't even open any of the files because they're not in PDF format yet you don't regard whatsoever disabled drivers who need to be able to access the route. Why have they not been regarded only disregarded by you?Where can I find any of your reports on disabled drivers in relation to incontinence and needing to get home as quickly as possible but you are making that impossible and not even sending out letters to notify residence about such changes? If this access is solely to protect or promote safety of school children the more they're not any clear signs saying the hours of operation between eight and 930 and 230 and four? Is that with equate to this solely being about what you claimed to be about which is making it safer for School children outside of those hours? There are none so how does any of this make sense and how have you included anyone else from the community in your decision-making well before you put the first sign up.How you have acted in this instance clearly reinforces this is not about safety on the route this is purely about trying to charge penalty charge notice and nothing other than. Please note if this is not answered them for this will be copied and pasted onto a public website and will be requested again to you under internal review so the others searching for answers to the saying issues that I have and also get some visibility on thisWith regards to Whitings road and nupton drive:1. Where is the traffic order for this accessibility update? Where can it be found and viewed by residence in PDF format because most people do not have Microsoft Office on their phone to be able to open anything which is not portable document file format.2. On what dates were the changes advertised and where?3. On what dates where al residential properties within a mile radius of these changes issued a warning letter in advance along with andnuodate letter after implementation?4. Where is there any signage? 30 m prior to the changes you have made which includes cameras with signage showing that that you have not used the no motor vehicle committed signage with the red border? Can you please say why you have deliberately chosen not to use that clear signage? If of course you were trying to promote road safety the best way to do so if by using a sign all drivers fully understand particularly given the waves of low traffic neighbourhoods that were rolled out during Covid and the familiarity that London is now have with these prohibition signs as as opposed to a blue sign which just says buses and cycles are allowed at the gate as opposed to 30mb years prior?!5. Please provide the exact coordinates of whether assigning 30 m prior to this bus gate along with where such signing is available to drivers who are using Greenland road and do not see any such 'no left' or 'no right' turns signage as there is nothing along Greenland road to state this in advance, not least 30 meters before the camera on top of a lamppost.6. Please state the total number and value if all PCNs issued at this 'bus gate''since it was implemented along with the date enforcement began to occur.7. Please specify for each pcn, how many did a no left turn, how many did a no right turn and how many came straight over from Greenland road
