Barnet Council spent £285,000 in the financial year 2024/25 on providing staff with car parking spaces for use when they are attending council offices (FOI ref 15105641). Please provide a full line by line breakdown of this expenditure, including justification and reason for each expenditure, staff level/grade (e.g. reimbursement), fuel type and by spend sub-category.Through what process are parking spaces allocated to Barnet Council staff, by whom or what organisation is it managed and what is the cost to staff?Kindly outline how this aligns with the Council's aim of promoting use of sustainable travel modes, its Long-Term Transport Strategy, Sustainability Strategy and Climate Action Plan.
