Brent Cross Town masterplan and associated developments

I am writing to make a request under the Freedom of Information Act2000 in relation to the Brent Cross Town masterplan and associated development plots, and all linked and child projects.Please provide a list of all companies that have been appointed, engaged, or contracted in connection with the demolition, enabling works, infrastructure, construction, fit out, energy, highways, and associated works across the Brent Cross Town development. This should include all past, current, and planned works where information is held.The request relates to the overall masterplan and all associated projects including but not limited to residential development, office and commercial space, retail and dining, education and community facilities, sports and leisure facilities, temporary structures, public realm, highways and transport infrastructure, utilities, and energy and heat network works.For clarity, I am seeking information covering appointments across all phases including projects currently on site, completed schemes, pre tender and pre planning projects, and schemes no longer tracked where contracts were previously awarded.Please include details of companies appointed in the following categories where applicable:Main contractors and principal contractors Construction management partners Developers and development managers Consultants and professional services including architects, engineers, planners, cost consultants, project managers, sustainability consultants, and transport consultants Mechanical, electrical, public health, energy and heat network contractors Infrastructure, highways, utilities, and enabling works contractors Specialist contractors including demolition, groundworks, remediation, landscaping, public realm, and fit out Suppliers and subcontractors providing goods, materials, or specialist services Any joint ventures, consortium partners, or framework based appointmentsWhere possible, please provide the company name and a brief description of the scope of works or services provided or intended to be provided. If future appointments are subject to procurement but preferred bidders, frameworks, or development partners have been identified, please include this information where held.If the information is held across multiple internal teams, programmes, or development agreements, I would be grateful if it could be provided in a consolidated response, or alternatively broken down by project or plot reference.If any part of this request is exempt under the Act, please provide the remaining information that can be disclosed and identify the relevant exemption relied upon.Please let me know if any clarification is required to process this request.
