Equality analysis relating to Team Teach training delivered or facilitated by the Authority

Dear FOI Officer,I write pursuant to section 1 of the Freedom of Information Act 2000.This request concerns records held by the Authority relating to the commissioning, procurement, approval, facilitation, delivery, promotion, payment for, renewal, or continuation of restraint or physical intervention training delivered by Team Teach, including any framework agreements, service arrangements, or other mechanisms by which such training is made available through Local Authority services. This request is informed by publicly available information published by the Authority which indicates that Team Teach training is delivered, facilitated, or promoted through Local Authority services. Please provide the following information for the period 2010 onwards in which the Authority has delivered, facilitated, or promoted Team Teach training through its services, to present:1. Copies of any Equality Impact Assessment, equality analysis, or equivalent document undertaken in relation to the commissioning, approval, delivery, facilitation, rollout, renewal, or continuation of Team Teach training, whether or not such documents are formally titled 'Equality Impact Assessment.'For the avoidance of doubt, this request seeks equality analyses undertaken by or on behalf of the Authority as part of its own decision-making, rather than documents authored by the training provider.2. This includes any document produced for the purpose of evidencing compliance with section 149 of the Equality Act 2010.3. In respect of any equality analysis held, please confirm:a. the date or dates on which the analysis was undertakenb. the stage of the decision-making process which the analysis was intended to informc. the protected characteristics consideredd. whether disabled children were expressly considered as a group potentially affected by the decision to deliver, facilitate, or promote Team Teach trainingIf no Equality Impact Assessment or equality analysis was undertaken at any stage in relation to the commissioning, approval, delivery, facilitation, rollout, renewal, or continuation of Team Teach training, please confirm expressly that no such records are held.
